I loved the look, comfort, and quality until the sole broke in half right across the middle. I was on a cruise with no way to report the incident until I returned home. I purchased them about 2 weeks before the cruise, the cruise was 21 days long, and so when I returned, even though it was past the 30 days, I sent an email to the seller. The seller informed me that due to the defect, they would accept a return and would send information regarding how to return them...however, they never got back to me. Even though they broke, I loved the look so much, I would buy them again...and hope for the best....
