Loved these compression stockings. Had previously bought a pair of similar ones that I liked too, but these may even be better. The ones I bought before had a lacy-ish band that was a bit less comfortable...I absolutely prefer the band on these. Not only is it velvety-soft on the outside, the dots on the inside grip seem to grip better (althought not tighter, another plus) than the other kind, without causing discomfort. The compression seems a bit less, but it could be because it is graduated...they are definitely more sheer than my other pair, a definite plus, because it makes them more fashionable.
