I received this product damaged. The ice pack leaked all over the chocolate. The seller called me and I explained what happened. They offered me either a refund or to reship it. I had them resend it back out. I received it in one day and they packaged it very carefully. This is the best chocolate I ever tasted. 😋 I will diffently buy more.

I was so disappointed when this item arrived. You could see in the viewing window that the were broken. So, I didn't give them as part of a gift as intended. I tried to return them but it wasn't allowed so I figured I'd keep and eat them myself. Well, they were STALE!!! I usually love them when I buy them from the specialty grocery store. Too bad"¦would not suggest having them delivered!
