It's okay... but not a one size fits all product.

This is really not a one size fits all given everyone has a different neck size and head size. If this had been smaller I would have liked it more.
It's functional, but I feel it's oversized when I try to use it to support my neck. I realized after buying this that I could pretty much have lived without it.

Recommended by my Pilates instructor to relieve neck pain. I lie on my back with my head cradled in the roller and gently rock back and forth. It works for me. Made of hard, molded foam, i.e. no cushion.

Does not come with the pictured charts. You just get the roller arch in a plastic bag. it is a bit softer than I anticipated as well.
