My husband has been a Gold Toe brand sock wearer previously and wanted those again but then I read some unfavorable reviews about the quality being not as good. I read lots of good reviews about these Docker brand socks and decided to buy them instead, especially since it was a better deal. So far he has been super pleased with them. The feels quality made (thicker material) and my husband likes the elastic around his leg. He hasn't had any issues with them sliding down. He hopes they last as long as his older Gold Toe socks did.

These socks are exactly what I was looking for, they do not come up too far on my leg but they come up far enough so you cannot see my shin when my pants pull from me siting down. They are also tight which I like as well, I cannot stand loose floppy socks that shift when walking. The material is also quite nice, and they feel like they will last at least at least a year which is great as well. I would certainly recommend these socks to anyone looking for some lower priced but good quality socks.

Comfortable and durable. They are now my everyday sock. I was a Gold Toe guy but they started having quality issues and I went looking for a replacement. I didn't expect these to work out but to my surprise I ordered more Docker socks and started retiring the others.
From a thickness point, you might still need a nylon stock for some dress shoes. I can use the docker brand is most of the dress shoes but a few have a tighter fit.

Bought as a replacement to some Gold Toe socks I had been wearing. These are thinner but more airy and a bit more comfortable. Socks haven't fallen off calf yet. Little concerned the heals will wear through given the thin material but so far so good
