easy to swallow and I feel full quite a long time. first day i took 3 and got an upset tummy. So next day I backed it down to 1 all day. looks like max dose is 6 all day. I'm on week 2 and am taking 2 in the morning. Next week I will take 1 before each meal and see how that goes.

These do make you feel full, IF, you drink a full glass of water with them, and IF you take them as instructed. You have to use some self will to stop eating when you start feeling full. There's no miracle pill. These will only work as much as you will allow them. I will most definitely buy another bottle. The price is good. Good shipping. The only side effect that I've noticed is some slight bloating.
