Falls down if it's not up so high and tight it's squeezing the life out of you. Wouldn't trust it to hold even a phone's weight. It's cheap and was already fraying when I received it. Piece of junk.

I love it. It is perfect. True to size. Yes, there is a small hole in the bottom pocket because it is for carrying a gun. If you don't want to use it for carrying a gun you can just stitch it up.

I use these quite a bit to hold phone, cards, cash while I'm dancing. Really great way to keep my things safe under a knee(ish) length dress or skirt. Never slips. After wearing it probably a dozen times, it has stretched so that last time I did a spin my stuff went flying. It continued to work while just walking. So its great but doesn't last long. This would concern me even more if it had been my gun instead of my phone.
Finally, a good quality garter "wallet" that isnt crazy expensive!

Great purchase! I have been searching for a garter "wallet" for a long time, to hold my phone and credit cards while clubbing in Vegas! Not only is the garter great quality, but I didn't even realize you get TWO garters with your order (one black and one white) and they both come with short little straps to attach the garter to a garter belt or anything else you want to use. I'm not even sure I will need the straps, as the adhesive on the inside kept this on my thigh with no slipping. I am 5'6 and 150lbs with a average sized thigh, and a small fit me great.
Like the other reviews say, there is a small hole at the bottom which is for its intended use of holding a gun. Just make sure to tack it closed if you have something small!
Otherwise, VERY happy with the purchase and I recommended this item to the other ladies in the bachelorette party group!
