Was what I was looking for. Heats up easily in microwave. Didn't last long. Seam on inner bag tore when I took cover off to wash and the contents spilled out. I think it was the quality of the inner bag material. If you don't use often and cover stays clean enough for you, it would be fine.

We have bought three of these. While the moist heat is helpful it doesn't last long enough and two of the three have busted open spilling flax seeds all over the place. I'm attempting to get a replacement on both.
