I wanted to use this to prevent cig smell in and around our house. I'm the only smoker here and the ex-smoker in the house sometimes gets tempted if she can smell it on me. It does prevent smoke and eliminate some of the smell but even if you clean out the mouth piece after every use, I seem to get an after-taste after every exhale. I can imagine this would work great for cigar or pot usage but for a half a pack a day smoker... it's just alright.

Works great for marijuana smoke

I bought this for my husband who smokes medical marijuana in his car (we live in an apartment where marijuana smoking is not allowed). He says it works great to get rid of all the smoke that would otherwise be exhaled and be really obvious to anyone nearby. He's able to keep his marijuana use discrete and also help with the odor in the car.

Works great! I'm really surprised at the difference in air quality. I have to hide out & smoke & it doesn't smell nearly as bad, now that I have this thing. And, it's so easy to use. Very convenient for home use.
Before I bought this, I was blowing smoke into my air sanitizer & it was almost as if I had no air cleaning system at all. This works so much better.
My air sanitizer goes back to normal from "˜polluted' much faster when I use this, too. It looks a little funny to use, but for people who are by themselves, I can't see any reason not to use this whenever you smoke.
