Not as easy as it sounds, but still a good, cheap, effective lift.

Instructions over-simplified install...made it seem easier than it was really going to be. Make sure you have plenty of tools and time because there is a lot of disassembly/reassembly of the front end involved. On my 2012 FJ, this kit actually gave it a little more of that "Carolina squat" look. Tire-to-fender clearance in the front was 8", same place in the back was only about 7", so needless to say I just bought a small spacer kit for the rear. Overall all goal was to get 32" tires under it and not have them look stuffed in there. Still rides good and it is a cheap and clean looking kit.
XREAS beware

Needs to have a big disclaimer that if your 4Runner has XREAS suspension, install becomes much more difficult, time consuming, and risky. Small blurb in install manual that illudes to this, but does not go into any detail.
The strut assembly needs to be rotated 180 degrees after the spacer is installed to put it back in the truck. There is no slack in the XREAS tubing to rotate, so you would have to disconnect tubing, put strut in spring compressor, and rotate the top plate. Good luck on your own, shops won't touch it, and don't bother calling the dealer.
Otherwise, nice looking kit that would have done exactly what I needed if it wasn't for XREAS suspension.

I install these on my 08 Fj 4x4 AT and have no issues at all. Cus this cars are a bit lower in the front than the rear and I wanted to level and lift it I bought the 3" setup, and adittionaly got Daytar 1.5" rear spacers. It changed the stance of the car completely, I dont get to do off road so dont have problems with the UPC rubbin the springs.
Great built quality, no paint chippin or color degrading. A friend of mine that has a shop did the instalation for me and charged me 80 bucks.
This is the cheap way to lift it, but if I had the money wouldnt hesitate on droppin some Icon stuff.

Great product, shoddy documentation, useless swag.

These installed fairly well once I did a lot of research. The documentation that comes with the kit is next to useless. I wish they had put as much thought into installation documentation for various applicable vehicles as they put into bundling swag. Stickers? Bottle opener? Seriously? Anyway, these are pretty nice and the installation was only difficult because my 2014 4Runner has KDSS. You will have to remove the strut completely and rotate it 180 degrees so that the three bolts will insert into spacer while still allowing the strut to be reinstalled into the lower arm. The geometry of the lower arm (strut mount location versus spindle) does indeed provide the 2.5" of lift with a 1.25" spacer. All in all, I am very satisfied with the product itself and would recommend it.
Very good, but take your time!

These guys are awesome. One thing to note, on my 06 Tacoma with a 2" kit. On top of the struts, I had to grind down the existing studs about 1/8 inch in order for the studs to sit flush with the leveling blocks. DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS. The install is not necessarily difficult, but it does take time, especially by yourself. It took me about 5 or so hours working alone to install the leveling kit, and cut out and replace my sway bar end links. Supreme Suspensions has excellent customer service as well. I lost my set of instructions, and within 5 minutes of realizing they were lost, I had a new set emailed to me. Thanks Anthony B. You're the man!
