I read all of the reviews before ordering, so expected I would need to buy longer screws.
They are the perfect size, and exactly what I was looking for to use in our master bathroom.
They were a lot rougher as well - on the backside of the hook part, not smooth as the rest. Hopefully won't snag the towels... but otherwise I'm very happy with them.

The anchor wall hook is great. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the screws that come with anchor are way too short to be of any use in hanging it on drywall.

Very nice, but, bulkier than expected. The bottom parts of the anchors stick out quite a bit, so it's not exactly low-profile. Otherwise very nice quality. Great that it came with the hardware. I would buy again if the need arises.
