Took me way too long to assemble. It was a complete pain in the butt... until I realized it was operator error, and I was the dummy. Once I figured that part out, it went together fairly easily. It sits taller than my last chair, so that will take some adaptation, but easy enough to do.

There are two reasons this is a four-star review and not a five.

1) The cushion is a bit firm, but that's reasonably easy to adapt to.

2) More importantly, the description of the chair said it will handle 270 pounds, but the box it came in says 230. Good thing I got the warranty, right?

Arozzi Monza Series Gaming Racing Style Swivel Chair, Red/Black

The gaming craze seems to have spawned an endless theme-centric stream of low quality items for gamers and this is no exception. Take a mediocre office chair, throw some dramatic colorizations in for effect and voila...you have a 100 dollar markup! Its not a terrible product compared to say something used or recently donated, it's just predatory pricing. Bought two, after performing various repair operations during assembly to correct boxed part problems, they both still work as chairs without some features like a working tilt lock on one. Your fanny will be happy especially with that extra room in your wallet to take some pressure off. As another reviewer states, quality control on these isn't included. Just say no kids.
Ok.. But really not worth it.

I think its always best to write a review after you have had the product for awhile rather than when you first get it.
So here is my review and why I give it 2 starts.

First 6 months:

This chair was awesome. It was comfortable. This was my command center chair. Everyone who came to my house envied it. It was easy to assemble and the fabric was excellent and stain resistant.

After a year:

I started noticing the plates that cover the wheels started popping off for no reason. The rivets on the side of the chair that covers the screws started popping out for no reason.
The chair when locked leans to the right for some reason. I have taken it apart and put it back together and it still does this. I have no idea why. Before you ask, I am not overweight and lean to my right.

Just be wary of this and maybe spend an extra $50 on a better chair as I see that I will have to buy a new chair now.
Started out OK, didn't last, but company stands behind it!!!

We purchased this chair for our son last February - it is now totally trashed. As a homeschooled high school student, we needed a chair for him that would hold up to many hours of sitting a day, and thought that a $200 chair should last well over a year. It totally has not. If I wanted something that couldn't hold up to office level use, we could have spent a fraction of this price and not cared as much. Also, the rocking has loosened up to the point where he is constantly sitting in a slouched position which is hurting his back.

EDIT: I came on and reviewed this at the same time as I was looking for warranty info to contact the company. I contacted them and got a very quick response letting me know that the warranty on this chair is now 2 years, and I needed to send pictures and some info. I am EXTREMELY please with the customer service!
Some good, some bad, but overall quite nice.

Overall, it's a nice chair. It's much more comfortable than the one it replaced so I don't want it to seem like this is a negative review. That said, I do have some nitpicky things that bother me.
1. I use it as an office chair and like to recline slightly. The seat angle leans just a little too far forward for my tastes. If I were using it as a gaming chair like it was designed, I probably wouldn't care.
2. The padding in the arms is not very good. It's basically a very thin layer of low density grey polyurethane foam and 3 thin layers of white foam like you sometimes see used as cushioning for electronics during shipping. I tend to lean on my right arm a lot, and within a couple weeks I'd put an arm dent right in the middle of the right arm rest. I basically crushed a 4" x 1" area of the white foam in the middle of the arm rest. It was annoying enough that I ripped the arm rest off, pulled all the staples and cut a piece of 1" medium density PU foam to shape and sandwiched it in there before stapling the cover back on. It's MUCH more comfortable and durable now. There's a picture of the dissected arm below.
3. The headrest isn't really a headrest, unless you need to look up at a 15-20° angle. I need something about the width of my fist back there to actually rest my head while I'm working.

Pros: It feels very solidly built, it has really nice lumbar support, and the seat cushion is soft enough to be comfortable, but firm enough that it doesn't bother my back sitting in it 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week. The stitching looks quite nice, and the red and black matches my company branding quite well. It looks great in my office.
