Had this chair for 266 days worked fine, comfortable
Jennifer✓ Verified Purchase•August 4, 2017
Had this chair for 266 days worked fine, comfortable, then out of nowhere I hear a *crack* look down and see the arm rest has split in two along the lower mounting hole. Picture attached below. Wouldn't recommend if it cant make it a year for the price.
Chair did not hold up.

At first I loved the chair. It's extremely comfortable. About 8 months after I got the chair, the metal bracket that holds to left arm to the bottom chair (inside cushion) broke. I emailed the company through their website and never received a response back. It was only a matter of time before all the stress from only having one fully attached arm would break the other side, and it did. I currently have the arms of the chair rigged in place with wires.
Shoulder issue

It is comfortable, but I'm very mad about what it does to your shoulders. I have "kind of" broad shoulders and am 6'3-4 so when I lean back it pushes my shoulders inward. If you take care of your body like I do you know that internal rotation is common and not good for long periods of time, my next chair will definitely be something that I am sure doesn't have two shoulder flaps that stick out and jutt them inward. Stupid design, but if you are a bit narrower, this may be a great chair for you.
Comfortable and stylish with little flaws.

I'd like to start off by saying that this is most definitely a comfortable, stylish, and well affordable chair. For the price point it's hard to say you can find a better option. The directions provided were fairly clear (as directions can get I guess) and it took no more than an hour to put together. The merger material doesn't feel cheap and my product was undamaged. With all that being said I marked it down a notch because of an incessant noise that is caused by the left arm of the chair rubbing against the back cushion. I've tried un tightening it which does alleviate the problem, but makes the arm way to loose where it's all wobbly. The noise only happens when you rock back and forth for whatever reason. Other than the minor gripe I reccommend this chair.
Most uncomfortable office chair I have ever used. (6'2" 250lb man, medium/large build)

I bought this chair November 2, 2015 and have owned it for about 8 months as of this review. I bought this chair to replace an old office chair I had that finally died on me. I decided I wanted a gaming chair, but I didn't want to pay the premium for a DX Racer or AK Racing chair. I often work from home, so I needed a chair that would be comfortable with extended use.
About a month in, the padding on the right arm rest wore down to almost nothing. As another reviewer mentioned, the screws in the arm rest point up into the padding, which kept jabbing my arm when I would sit in the chair as I like to lean on my right arm rest when I use my PC. The padding on the seat is very thin which leaves you sore after long sessions. The back of the chair is rigid and does not recline (car seat style, the seat does tilt like a standard office chair.) Everything about the chair is very stiff, which led me to have back pain after prolonged use, with very little padding on the back of the seat. The little plastic caps that cover the screws would not stay secure no matter how I put them in -- even after using a rubber hammer. The arm rests are stationary, and do not raise/lower/swivel.
All in all, after a long day working at home sitting in this chair with my back roaring, I gave into frustration and decided to spend the extra money to get an AK Racer Premium V2 chair, which was what I should have bought in the first place. save yourself the hassle and pay a little more for a better quality racing chair.
