Easy to use. Stays soft even after having been initially opened after several weeks. Does seem to take at least 24 hours to dry sufficiently.

Wow, I cannot STAND this cement, although it did seal my panel. It took over 30 minutes to mix (I ended up having to use a steel butter knife!), and needs some kind of pour spout. I poured it out from the original container, getting the cement ALL OVER it...which made the remainder...trash-worthy. It was also hard to control the outflow. I am going to try this: Miracle Mudd Black Cement - 1.3 Lb , hopefully this will be more user friendly!
