Absorbent but uncomfortably thick
sharless719✓ Verified Purchase•October 23, 2017
I bought these to use overnights by my husband, who has late-stage dementia and now had urine incontinence following a major infection. As other users have noted, the well-advertised disposable brief brands are completely insufficient for many patients, including my husband. This product did a good job of soaking up fluid, but the pad is thick, like an old-fashioned menstrual pad, and apparently just as uncomfortable. I have located a thinner pad (from NorthShore) which works as well but is more comfortable.
Pretty good liners for pull-ons

I like the Tranquility pull-ons but these liners didn't hold the extra pee as the liners from Abri-Flex. These are very long which is nice, and they have the self-adhesive. The fit nicely in the Tranquility pull-ons. They just don't hold as much pee as needed, but they are okay for short term use, not good for overnight use. They are okay, just not as good as this other product. They are reasonably priced though.
Great product, works exactly as advertised

Great product, works exactly as advertised. There is no perfect solution for a totally incontinent elderly patient; typically, some bedclothes are going to be in the range of slightly damp to soaking wet head shoulders to knees Since we began using the Booster Pad with the Premium Overnight disposable underwear, bed clothes are only "slightly damp" in the morning after a long night in bed. I recommend this product.

Booster pads worked well for my mother. She sleeps so sound, she doesn't wake all night, and the overnight pull-up pants aren't enough to keep her from leaking. I do have one problem with them. The sticky strip is only in the middle of the pad, and with the width being 4.25", the back end bunches up and becomes uncomfortable for her. I currently tape each end for her, solving the problem. But I wish there was another sticky strip horizontally on each end. I am trying another brand to see if they are any better.
