I always fall asleep on the plane and needed something that would actually hold my neck in a comfy position. Most neck pillows are too large for me and end up making me feel like I'm choking. This has the perfect dip in front to allow room for my chin and breathing. It also kept me nice and cool (didn't overheat). It did have a very heavy plastic/chemical smell when I first received it, but a week of airing out and it was fun. Super soft and comfy.
