I got this product 5 days ago. Before I got the pills I hadn't gone for a few days and I was feeling super sick, bloated and sluggish. The day after I took the pill I went multiple times. I still was backed up so I didn't actually see the bloating go away until day 3. I woke up and physically could see my stomach flatter and my hips slimmer, even my waist looked smaller. I take one pill in the morning and one at night. I only suggest doing this if you have absolutely nothing to do throughout the day and are really really backed up. (Today I don't think my food had enough time to digest before the pill started working and my poop wasn't smooth and undigested food was presented. So taking them per directions is probably best.) My stomach does hurt a lot through out the day but it goes away as soon as I go to the bathroom. Went I started taking the pills I was 203 and now I am 197.2. I've been eating only when I'm hungry. And when I do eat is portion controlled. Also drinking a decent amount of water. I've cut back serverly on meat and dairy consumption while I'm doing this cleanse and take lots of probiotics. I've only had meat and cheese a couple times in the past few days. I think it's crazy 6 lbs in 5 days. I think colon cleanses are great but not as a weight loss crutch. You're only going to lose however many lbs you're backed up. Realisticly could be anywhere from 5-25 lbs but just because there's reviews where people have lost 20 lbs doesn't mean it'll happen for you. And it will slim your mid section everything else will stay the same. So you'll still have to tone and do cardio and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This is good to use after over-indulging ,eating too many rich foods which most of us do every now and then.it's a good cleansing product..a more than a few lbs.lost is a plus...remember to drink lots of water,it's very important! This is the second bottle I have bought and it does work well.

My main focus of this review it to bring attention to something I didn't think about before starting this cleanse. I CAUTION you if you're taking any type of medication for chronic conditions. I suffer from severe depression/ anxiety. I take medication daily for depression/ anxiety. So this is what happened to me...

I started taking this product right away and was very happy with the results! Yay it works! Then after about 2 days in I started having severe emotional issues - like a straight up freak out breakdown. I felt almost drunk and outside my body (I kept taking the meds) then started feeling like I need to quit my job, that my life was hopeless. I will spare all the other lovely details but I had a straight up metal breakdown crisis!! I realized after about 10 days that this was the ONLY thing different in my life. I stopped taking it and my symptoms stopped.

This medication was cleansing everything from my system including medications I NEEDED! I hope this will help spare someone 2 weeks of mental torture... just be cautious. If I wasn't on meds like these the cleanse would have been great. I did lose weight. I lost my gut which is exactly what I was hoping it would do. This gave me the kick in the butt to get back in the gym and keep the weight loss going.

I have ordered and tried at least 10 different products claiming to do what this product does, this is the only one that has worked and continues to work so far. Thank you
