It says in the package that you need to mix one tablespoon of powder to an 8 ounce glass of water, but you have to be careful. It's up to one's taste to try and recreate the taste of cantaloupe or melon. I would suggest you try one teaspoon first before adding more because it will be too sweet if you go for that one tablespoon directly. To each their own, in a sense.

I love this Mexican juice mix. If you have a small glass, one tablespoon is generally enough. It is not incredibly strong in flavor. It has a nice light taste to it. Also since it has such a light flavor, it mixes well with pretty much anything.
I live in the northeast region of Georgia so there are tons of international farmer's markets and they are always OVERstocked with this stuff.
It is super cheap in the markets and one tablespoon per glass goes a LONG way. So the bag will last even if you drink it regularly.
