Good gluten free gravy but you will likely want to add a bit more arrowroot or other thickener.
It's important to know that this product is gluten free & free of MSG. I'm very sensitive to both, and have had no issues.

I'm not usually one for prepackaged foods, but this stuff is GREAT! I'm on a very restrictive diet, and it's easy for food to become ho-hum. I use the McCormick Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning for - of coarse - tacos, and also for a quick, satisfying taco salad. I also tried the organic one, and wasn't impressed. I think the secret with this seasoning packet is to add a bit more water than it calls for, and let it simmer & reduce.
