My daughter has juvenile arthritis, and she struggles to sit in plastic chairs at school all day. I bought her a wiggle seat to add some cushion without being obnoxiously obvious to the other students that she needs accommodations. She used it for 2 days and already can feel a difference. The description of the product is a very good and true one. I have purchased them for use in my classroom and will use them this coming school year. Then I will have a better idea of how good they work for the kids. I have tried one at home and am very pleased with its performance. It helps with balance and core strengthening. I use it when I sit and watch TV and it keeps me active during this time. I can "fidget" instead of just sitting and I can feel it work my core muscles. I am pleased with it. I will submit another review once school gets started and we begin to use them in class.

Seems like good material that will last a while. I've been using it for about a week now. Comes with a handful of exercise examples to get started, and a pump but did not have the 'needle' to inflate when needed so minus a star for that.
