Good but needs improvement

I use this product, which is my fourth set, but still am not completely satisfied as to their longevity. I wear hearing aids and use this product with them. The arm after awhile breaks and are not useable. I then have to replace them. No compensation monetarily for this product nor free replacement. They help me but if I could find a more durable product I would use that product.
