Looks kind of cheap, but not too awful. Everything was in shape and included in the box. You'll need to provide your own tools as I believe all they provide is an allen wrench. It serves its purpose, though, and doesn't look too bad when things are on it.

I lived in Bakersfield, CA and know there is a street called Ravenwood Drive. Just found it funny this was the name of the TV Stand.
I have build more than 20 TV stands and found it hard to assemble. The manual was confusing and took about 90 mins. to complete.
Anyway, the stand looks great and it was a great vaule, but we ready need a easy to understand assembly manual.
