Smells awful.

It smelled so strongly of alcohol that I threw it away and bought my favorite brand, Penzey's. Unfortunately, is not available through Amazon. I wouldn't recommend Rodelle Lemon Extract for a serious baker.

This is the only authentic tasting lemon extract I have found compared to others that taste like too much alcohol over powering lemon flavor.
