An alternative to sticky, heavy silicone pads

The pad is lightweight, fits well, doesn't fall out easily from your bra, and is much better than heavy silicone pads. The only drawback is the expense, but there are few foam pads out there and choice is limited.

I was a little surprised that there was only 1, but perhaps I didn't read the details. I've had some complications with reconstruction after bilateral mastectomy. I will be without one of my implants for a few months and this padding is comfortable, light weight and correct size to put in my sports bra to balance me out. The double sided tape can be used more than once.

I recently had a mastectomy and am not sure I'm going to have reconstructive surgery yet or not. I ordered these thinking it came in packs of 2. They do not. Anyway, I tried on the one I got today. At first I thought it would be too big but it seems perfect. They are soft and lightweight. They are made of cotton, which is a plus for me.
These say you can swim in them but I probably won't do that as I'm afraid they will pop out of my swimsuit or get too soggy or moldy. They come with several sheets of adhesive but I'm not sure I'll use them.
