Excellent size, holds it's cold temperature for more than 1 hour. This is the type of quality I would expect at a physical therapy office. I used this for my knee after my total knee replacement. I placed one on top and one underneath my knee. Worked out very well.
Very cold and moldable with thick coating.

I've used many ice packs and am finally done with my trials. These are hands down as good as it gets. I ordered one set to try them out and they exceeded my expectations by far. I know ice pacs and these are the best. I just got my second set so I could rotate them when I need to ice a lot. I couldn't be happier with the quality and ease of use. Thanks ColPac! I use these with the Simple Spectra knee wraps. They fit just fine even though they are technically a bit larger than the wrap pocket. Love these and will purchase more in the future for other body parts.
These may be the best cold packs out there

They stay flexible while cold and maintain temperature for a very long time. My Physical Therapist recommended this brand and was surprised when I said already had it, but he was not surprised when I said it was the best cold pack I had.
They can be a little heavy, and moisture likes to condense (then freeze) on them.

Durable, intensely cold and worth the price. My wife got attacked by a dog and fell backwards onto the concrete and really messed up several parts of her body. So we needed to ice,... basically her whole body. I bought various sizes of four of these packs. They're amazing. Can't say enough. They say don't lie on them which I believe if you're a bit on the chubby side. Everything has it's limits. But we're small enough (120# and 140#) and have been lying on them a long time without leaks until I loaned one to my neighbor who weighs 2x as much as me.
The REAL flexible pliable cold packs - just like the chiropractor uses.

I ordered several different brands trying to find ones like I bought from the chiropractor years ago. Finally found them. Might not appeal to some because they are heavy and the plastic is not comfortable to the skin because they are so cold it feels like they might frostbite the skin so you need to use a thin towel or other fabric between the pack and skin. But - I wanted the heavy packs that were pliable to fit perfectly against knees, elbows, etc. Even after days in the freezer they are completely pliable, they can be pressed out flat our smashed into a ball. The consistency is slightly thicker than soft ice cream but softer than play-dough. No crystals or crunching ever. They also stay very cold longer than any others I tried.
