This teak shower mat is really fantastic. I use outside of the shower so I do not have to worry about soaking a cotton bath mat. Easy clean up and it handles water like a pro. I will never use a cotton or acrylic mat for the shower again.

Much better solution for bath/shower water situation than rugs or mats that stay wet, get dirty, smell bad and/or are just gross feeling under wet feet.(I am especially repelled by those squishy ones that are supposed to be the height of comfort but actually feel like a slimy dead body under your feet.) I love this particular version because it dries quickly and provides steady and sturdy support. It also feels smooth underfoot, yet with no sense you might slip.

Love it! Works beautifully in the shower, we do not slip and it is lifted off the shower floor, so everything drains off of it, keeping the mat and your feet clean while in the shower,

I used 3 of these to cover a larger-than-average bathtub in my master bath. The bath tub can now be used for storage, and I have nice plants on top. These mats are excellent quality, are stiff enough to traverse the sides of the bath and were easy to modify (one required removal of a slat to make 3 of them fit). Doing this solution saved me $$$ over hiring someone to create a custom bathtub cover and it looks really nice.

Initially we were hesitant to pay this much for what is essentially a wooden bath mat, but after using it now for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say that this product is worth it. There are other cheaper options, and there are other more expensive options....this was the perfect price point for us. It is high quality, looks really nice, and works really nicely as a bath mat. The teak feels great on your feet, and dries off rather quickly. It also has some spring to it, which feels good too.

I will caution you to measure what ever area you will be using this mat in before you purchase; this thing is rather large. Luckily we had the room in front of our shower, but it might be problematic with tighter bathrooms. Also be careful when you walk past it....because it is raised off of the floor by about an inch and a half it is like a magnet for toes. I almost stubbed my toes about 10 times during the first week. Now that we are used to it, we don't have that problem. I also would not recommend this solution for young children because of the reasons I just listed. This product would also work very well as a mat outside of a porch or pool area. Enjoy!
