Me encantan.

Great beans

These are YUMMY. I added them to my chili recipe and also made Adzuki Bean cakes with them. (Soak, pre-cook, grind lightly with an immersion blender, add olive oil, diced onions, beaten eggs, frozen corn, pancake mix and spices. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a hot griddle, turn, cool on a rack. They freeze well and and can be re-heated in the toaster. Serve with with a little butter spread or some light sour cream. High in fiber and protein, these make a great substitute for potato pancakes.
Healthy bean choice

I don't really use this for anything other than making red bean paste for desserts. The flavor is good and I will probably buy this again. 5lbs is enough to last me for a while.
