Mostly see-through. It's a lot like disposable hospital garments, but with less coverage. It will not stick with Scotch tape, so be prepared to use other products.

This material was priced well. It holds up great! We painted on it, wrote on it, and colored it with marker. Then we glued things on it, then rolled it up, hung it up for a week, stored it in a closet and hung it somewhere else. It lasts forever. And the roll is long enough to use more than once.
