These are great for cleaning all the dust that collects in the bobbin area. With all the sewing I have been doing it works great. Amazing how dirty it gets under your needle plate .

I haven't bought this type of swab since I had a ton of stereo equipment all over the house and was keeping the cassette decks demagnetized!

But, we got two new kittens, and decided that an unbendable swab might be just the thing that could help keep their ears clean.
Sure enough, our kittens (adopted from a shelter) came complete with very dirty ears, a scabby outbreak that required medicated shampooing weekly, and adorable personalities. These things are wonderful for easily reaching into a damp kitten ear and pulling out the dirt. (Not all dirt is from eat mites - kittens are born with nasty stuff in their ears that eventually works its way to the surface.) No mites, but lots of dirt. Right after their medicated baths, it is a cinch to use these to wipe out the brown goo from their little tiny ears. No bending and flipping like a regular swab would, and I can keep my hand far enough away from their ears to be comfortable for them. (Remember to not dig in too far - just wipe out all that surface dirt!)

Received this product quicker then expected. These q-tips are great! The wood is super strong and will not break. I purchased these q-tips because I get tonsil stones in my mouth and they are pretty impossible to get out of the back of my mouth with a regular size q-tip but these longer q-tips are perfect! I know it is gross but I am able to reach to the back of my mouth and get them out with ease- no bending of the q-tips which would happen when I would tape 3 q-tips together- lol! Thanks for making such a great product! I definitely give this product 5 stars and will be ordering more in the future.

I saw these long wood handled Q-Tips, at the Doctors Office.
I thought they would be perfect to clean the actions in my guns. With the 6 in length and
sturdy wood shaft they are perfect for my purpose, and they wont scratch the gun metal.

Exactly what I needed. Using them to clean in tight spaces. The sticks have a bit of flex to them so I can apply a bit of pressure without them snapping. Also, the cotton tip stays on rather than leaving fuzz all over or worse yet slip off completely.
Also a perfect tool for cleaning my dog's ears. Stick is long enough so I can see what I'm doing rather than having my hand in the way.
Only negative is the price.
