I take 20,000iu every day, so this makes that task easy. I don't know whether or not the additional coconut fat is enough to be effective, but it certainly won't hurt.

I suffer from SAD and the older I get it seems to be getting worse. But within a few day of taking Sports Research Vitamin D3 (5000iu) with Coconut, I could feel a big difference. Finally a product that works. Now I don't expect it to cure disorder but every little bit help.
