HUGE Jar! other people complained about a short expiration date. I think mine is good until October 2018. Since I intend to use this for oil pulling, I don't think it will last that long. Very pleasant mild aroma and flavor of coconut. Small pieces of coconut visible.

I like this oil. It has no flavor or odor. I use it for pan frying at low temperature. I find it much more digestible than other oils. Also, this oil seems to work better than butter at seasoning my cast iron skillets. I use the unrefined oil for baking cookies, biscuits, cakes, etc. This has been an easy switch from butter or other oils.
