Great kids set

Really nice product. Bought this set for my 8 yr old daughter to replace an old set. Flippers run a little small but everything else is great. Snorkel is perfect for kids as it closes when you dive below the water surface. Takes the guess work out for kids. Goggles are great qualit and form a good seal. And the carry bag is handy.

however, the "fast release clips" are impossibly difficult for a 12 year old, so she has to loosen the strap and pull off her heel;
also: the instep is snug and prevents the foot from going in far enough and is a bit uncomfortable;
sizing: age 12 with slim feet & size 4 shoe: heel extends past the foot bed (which is an acceptable way to wear fins) because of the low instep;
note: the purple part of the fin is hard plastic, the blue is rubbery; there are rubbery stripes on the bottom for traction.
She likes and they work great, so the purchase was a success.
I bought the men's version for my 12yo grandson and the clips are easy and the instep has a v-notch for a better fit.

I bought this for my granddaughter she has never snorkel before we took her on a cruise and she is a snorkeling fanatic now this is a nice set and we snorkeled in several places never had a problem with it

Definitely worth it to be sure that you get silicone (like this set). We purchased a US Divers set prior to this that wasn't clearly marked. The PVC mask just never sealed on that one. This one works like a dream in comparison.
