Didn't work at all. I tried every combination of setting, just in case the settings were incorrectly wired. And I made sure it was in a location with no light... even tested putting a box over it and moving the box away, to ensure complete lack of light and movement... but it still didn't work.
At least the return process was easy, which is why I give it two stars instead of one.

Arrived DOA. I work a lot with PIR sensors designing for remote applications of various types. This fit the form factor I was looking for as well as simplicity of setup. This one was dead on arrival. Input voltages (12.3Vdc) were spot on and measurable at the PCB but nothing would output no matter what I did. Simply DOA. Not worth the hassle of returning. Really disappointed. I would've purchased several had they worked. Instead I will continue to DIY my own PIR sensors.
