The components of the gel cap are very difficult to digest. 9 months post op sleeve surgery and have vomited the gel cap up multiple times with it only partially dissolved. Because of this, I have opened the gel caps to mix the contents in with food however it changes the taste dramatically to the point where the food is not pleasant. Foods placed in yogurt, peanut butter, cream cheese, broth soups, tuna fist, egg salad, cottage cheese, jello, pudding, etc. Taste from pills came through all but faired better with the tuna as there is a garlic/spice to the vitamins. I will not be purchasing these again.
A lot of iron, but great supplement

These have a great amount of vitamins. BUT, if you're sensitive to iron, be careful. Unfortunately, there's too much iron in these for me and I ended up very sick from it. If you're not sensitive to iron, these would be great. I wish they worked for me.
