The media could not be loaded. I liked the quality of the blank metallic plate; although I spent a good hour messing with the included flat head screws. They were millimeters to short for my projects. I dropped the 2-point of contact flat head screws so many dang times. I didn't install the screws in the 4 Inch fixture easy available holes; I installed the screws in the outer part which is the chassis of the fixture and holes were buried farther back.
Overall my projects were a big success at the end of day with your product.
I was also very excited to find out I was eligible to Return a single blank plate with no fees. I'll be keeping them.
