Only lasted 12 months before the edges started to peel away and break off. I called Kempf to inquire about a warranty and they told me I was out of luck. In fact, the lady on the phone couldn't even tell me if there was a warranty and that I should default to Amazon. If you use this in your house then maybe it'll be ok, but if you decide to use it in a small business environment with even a small amount of foot traffic then be prepared to replace it.

We cut up to fit our size of space, cuts fairly well with scissors, and it looks good. It does tend to rub off some black sometimes but has not on our floor but did on our wall and hands or carpet?? dont understand that. Used the rest as a dog door mat. Hope never have to find out if it really absorbs a gallon and a half of water. We put it under a freezer.
