I moved to an older lss well maintained apartment building and the little balcony had nails and screws working their way out of the old wood.
I laid this piece of fake sod over the peeling wood full of foot pokey fastenings and i am able to stand on my little balcony without discomfort.

It isn't long enough but the width is perfect, and the length is long enough to cover exiting the sliding door and where my feet rest while sitting in my camp chair. There is ~2.5ft on both ends that of the balcony that is not covered by the fake sod, but as that space is where my little camp chairs sit and im not standing on that 2.5ft at both ends, it works out well enough. (I mention this because their wasn't the correct width with the longer length available to purchase).

Overall I a very happy. It is comfortable under the feet, it dries well, its heavy enough that it hasn't blow away in our last 80+ mph winds (it is in a bit of a well though being in an enclosed balcony), and it hasn't started shedding yet.

I usually never have any problems with shipping, I am not sure why this was left this way but they should definitely be more careful. This could have been something fragile and it is obvious to me that someone checked to make sure it was not anything breakable or who knows, just wanted to see what it was. I know it was shipping because I was home when it arrived. This is exactly how I picked it up off my porch. Usually the delivery man that comes is so nice, takes a picture, and is very professional. I did not get to see who delivered this day. Also, There is a hole in the grass but at this point there is no point in returning it because my dogs are going to use this for bathroom purposes. Thankfully, it was not a Christmas gift or anything fragile. On the upside, my dogs love the grass, and it serves its purpose which what I bought it for.

only had this for 2 weeks. Looks good. Working great

I like the look of the turf a lot, and it has lasted the last 4 months well. I live in Arizona and I will say, with direct sunlight and temperatures above 95ish degrees, the turf can get very hot, and I'd recommend spraying it quickly to cool it off prior to letting your pup walk on it.
