I'm a dog groomer and this dryer is awesome! It did have a smell to it at first, but I just let it air out until I need to use it. Nice and light, compact, and the hose expands when you use it. My boss tried it and is getting one for her house calls. A past review said they replaced their broken k9 dryers with this. While I enjoy this dryer very much, and it is quite powerful, it's definitely not as powerful as a K9. Blowing out a coat on a larger dog would take more time with this - smaller dogs it would work.
Good except: No brush attachment and attachments pop off at high speed

Works well but would have gotten 5 stars except for two issues:
1. Attachment pops off at higher speeds. Need to use duct tape.
2. Wish there was a brush attachment so I did not have to use a brush along with the dryer hose. My dog sheds a lot of hair and I need to use a Shop-vac with a brush attachment after my dog is mostly dry. The shop vac brush and the dryer hose sizes are not very close so I have not found a good solution yet; duct-tape works only so much.

Dryer stop working after 9 months, but customer service immediately responded to correct the problem. They provided free shipping to look at the dryer and found what appeared to be a loose wire in the motor. The dryer was returned and is now working well. It is a very good dryer and I highly recommend it. The company's quick response to correct the problem is what all consumers wish for when a problem arises from a purchase.
