My lifestyle is low carb/keto foods. I watch what I eat because there is diabetes in my family and I am 64 years old now. I ate out and ordered low carb cheese cake and a salad. I had a feeling the dressing had sugar in it. I checked my BS the next morning fasting and it was 103. I like to keep it in the 80's and even 70's. I took a mulberry capsule and checked it one hour later and it had dropped to 77.

I had been reading web articles about white mulberry leaf extract as a way to lower blood sugar levels. I noticed that mulberry could by the same sugar-absorption blocking mechanism also reduce weight. I mentioned this to my wife, who has been trying to lose weight by eating 1,500 calories a day, thereby losing zero to one-half pounds a week. (Her diet is made up of the same foods she normally would eat"”which includes simple carbohydrates like white bread, crackers and pasta"”just less of everything.) She asked me to order some of the mulberry leaf extract. Three weeks ago she began taking one capsule between 10 and 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, while on the same 1,500-calorie diet. (She does not eat a lot of snacks in between meals). In the first three weeks she has lost a total of 10 pounds, with a goal to lose another 15 or so pounds. She has a sensitive digestive tract but has noticed no side effects. Since the mulberry works by blocking carbs/sugars, it seems that someone on a strict low-carb diet, eating meats, dairy products and low-carb vegetables, probably would not see significant results from mulberry.

This product seems to be working well with my new eating and exercise regimen as I am trying to lose weight, control my blood glucose levels and control cravings. I love the fact that it is a totally natural supplement and doesn't have any weird side effects. I will definitely be ordering it again!

I have been using yhis product now for about 3 weeks and I have definitely noticed a difference in my cravings! I am not craving the sugar I used to all the sweets and candy I was addicted to it has helped me avoid for sure I have dropped about 6 lbs. which is AWESOME because I put on 15 over the winter. Thanks for this great product, Ivam allergic to everything and haven't had any reactions so I love it!!!

My hubby & I are in our 60's, have been married 41 yrs, not very active & we are diabetic. I always hold out hope for herbs & try new things with caution but this White Mulberry Leaf Extract has high recommendations from me. It has curbed our appetites, especially the late night "no-no" snacking. We will continue to take this product for some time.
