Pretty pricey but worth every single penny.

I'm a below average swimmer, and was really worried for my trip to Hawaii since I was going to do a lot of snorkel. Did a bit of research, was hesitate to pull the trigger because this thing is $80 plus a pop... I got to admit this thing worth every single penny. This made snorkeling a breeze, with it I had 0 fear of drowning while snorkeled in open ocean.
I'm 5'11, and 210lbs the Large was a snuggle fit. If you are any larger than me I recommend going X-Large.

I bought one for my husband and myself for our snorkeling trip to St. John. If you want a little more buoyancy put in a little air, keep adding air until you feel comfortable. We were snorkeling in Cinnamon Bay yesterday and we were being swamped by the swells but had no issues getting back to shore safely. Just buy the smallest size that you can zip up as it does tend to ride up some. My husband is a mans medium and I can run a medium or large ladies size. I ordered both of us a medium in this vest.

I purchased this item along with another popular snorkel vest to test both items. I found that the other vest (which was styled like a normal life jacket) was difficult to put on, bulking on the chest and hard to blow up.
This vest was super easy to put on (zipper on the side) and easy to blow up.
Only issue was that the sizing isn't necessarily accurate. It is categorized by weight which doesn't really make a difference. You should order by cbest measurement. I ordered both a medium (what the site says I should fit) and a large. I couldn't even get the zipper close to zipping. The large fit perfect.
I'm 5'4" female and 135lbs. Only thing is I have a large chest (36dd) so I would definitely order based on chest measurements.

This snorkeling vest was ordered for my wife, and she has now used it several times snorkeling in Hawai'i and is very pleased with it. My only recommendation on design: The waist belts are elastic and non-adjustable. Would be better design if waist straps were adjustable to provide better fit. Other than this, we are extremely pleased with this product.
