I love this stuff but have found better pricing on it elsewhere, so won't buy here again unless the other option goes away. I did a lot of research on the product to make sure it's environmentally sustainable. It is! This works better than coconut oil in most recipes and gets you away from the flavor coconut oil imparts in your baked goods. I still use coconut oil in some of my baking if the flavor is not going to be an issue, but this has become my go to shortening for most things.
