This is a really nice, portable light. I liked the price and I like the size of it. I know it isn't as bright as some of the Happy Lights out there, but this works really well for me. I suffer with SAD and anxiety and have been using this every morning for 30 - 45 minutes and it really helps to have the bright light. I live in the Great Lakes region and throughout the winter months we get very little sun.
