Excellent cold or heat pack
I prefer the cherry pit pillows over the buckwheat pillows as they retain heat a bit better.

Very effective product. Or use this at least once a day. Two minutes in the microwave and get just the right amount of heat for about 30 to 45 minutes. Brings instant relief to my cervical spine after a long day at work. I suffer from disc degenerative disease and this product coupled with stretching exercises has been very effective.
