Will not stay connected to WiFi

This Oasis Plus 3.0 does work and does do it's job very well. The star rating is due to the fact that it will not stay connected to my Wifi to be of any use for continual monitoring. To be fair, I did reach out to their customer support team, they were very helpful and responsive. Also, they did state that if this is being used in a wineador (as I am using it in), they have experienced connection problems to Wifi. It stayed connected for about 24 hours at a time, then I would have to factory reset it and start the pairing process all over again. Id does keep my wineador at a consistent humidity though and I have little worry that it will continue to do it's job without monitoring constantly. Great product and great customer service, poor application to connect to Wifi.

The media could not be loaded. I've only been using the product for about two weeks now but i can see a huge difference in the humidity. I don't have to play with the boveda packs anymore so that's good. I just let it run! I chose to get the plus and I'm storing around 200-250 cigars in a pelican case. I know you're like what? It's a very large pelican case that I've stripped just for my daily cigars. I still use my smaller humidors for my high priced sticks and limited varieties that i can't get year around. I say get the oasis if you're a real deal cigar aficionado. If you're a beginner and you don't know if you will stick with this hobby, buy it and sell it if you change your mind later :)

Pros: This unit works great in my 400 count humidor! Seems to keep pretty close to where I have the Relative Humidity set. The reservoir is large so I'm not always filling it. The ribbon cord keeps the seal tight.
Cons: unit only stands up due to the only available place to plug in the electrical ribbon cord. The ability to lay it down would be helpful.
The app and wi-fi connectivity and consumer help on this issue gets 0 stars. Like many other reviews, I could never get logged in. Heck, I couldn't even get the email that I needed to click on to start my trial free wi-fi connection to the app. Didn't work at all. Now if I want to track the stats from my cell phone I am going to have to buy a separate unit made just for that.
I would rather they get rid of the app/wi-fi connect and lower the price.

This is my second Humidifier of the same style but he first one from Cigar Oasis. Its got a nice screen and does its job. My hygrometer was off out of the box but after recalibration it's been fine. Some others have given this unit low reviews because of that but if they read the manual or watched a video they would see its a very easy fix.
I'm running both in tandem to ensure I get the upper drawer of my cabinet properly humidified but I've run on just the Oasis to test it and it works well.

I have a humidor/refrigerator that fits under a counter. I tried various ideas from gel, to water trays, to Boveda packs, and nothing had the ooomph to keep the humidity where I wanted it. So I ordered the Cigar Oasis. I slid the humidor out from under the counter and plugged the Cigar Oasis into the wall behind it, and then slid the unit back into place with the ribbon cable passing through the door hinge. The installation is totally unobtrusive, no visible wires. And the Cigar Oasis does just what it says it does: it blows out humid air, circulates air within the humidor, and has no trouble keeping 3 square feet of space at 70%. Given the simplicity of use and the fact that it just plain works, I should have bought it long ago. I don't use the subscription-based app... cigars are pretty low-tech entertainment anyway, so I don't feel I'm missing out on anything by not hooking it up to a network.
