These glass container are a great product. They are perfect size for on the counter. I like that I can write on front and change it when I want. I use mine for hot choc packs, marshmallows and tea bags. Looks great on my beverage bar. I'm thinking about buying another set.

I bought these to replace the larger canisters that I have. They are smaller and save so much more space and the seal is strong which makes me happy because it keeps the food fresh. I don't really use the chalk writing spot because these containers are transparent and I can already see what is in them but if you have children or too many cooks in the kitchen you might want to label them. I suppose it also introduces an opportunity to spell for your kids they can learn the words and how to spell them.

These canisters are almost as small as the images on my laptop as I write this review. I assumed the ingredients in the photos were normal size. Bad me. If my daughter hadn't filled and labeled them as soon as they were out of the box I would have returned them. Fortunately, I didn't pay too much and they can be used for another purpose...cotton balls, q-tips, hair bands.

I've been on the hunt for a perfect set of canisters to hold coffee, tea and other items I keep on my countertop and use on a daily basis. They are excellent quality; they hold a good amount and look very nice as a set. The chalkboard labels are embedded into the sides of the jars, so it is easy to label them.
Th only downside is that the mouth of the jars are not able to fit a measuring cup larger than 1/3 cup. Maybe a 1/2 cup. But for little countertop items, they are great.

Defective seals

The seals on all three were defective. There was also nothing to write on the labels despite the description saying there was. I'd recommend better quality clamping jars and a separate chalkboard label kit.
