Have always liked this for many years. It isn't as bright in color as some but it is potent and give energy with the kelp in it. This is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. I like to mix it with EmergenC Orange flavor like a drink, not too strong and it covers the barley taste. I add a little beets or whatever I happen to have. I even sprinkle it on foods I think I shouldn't be eating to take a little guilt away like caseroles. :)
