Low cal and to me it is more delicious than regular chocolate milk. This tastes like an iced mocha to me. I make it with milk out of the refrigerator so the temperature is not iced-mocha-cold.

I really like the taste, I don't understand the people who say it's "too sweet" or has a "bad aftertaste". I don't experience that at all. I bought it mainly to make smoothies, so it mixes fine for me. I will say it doesn't seem to mix easily with milk or liquid, it will get clumpy then. But I don't want it for that, so it doesn't affect me. I do notice that it seems to give an overall sense of well being and calm, and I don't have cravings for the rest of the day after having a serving. I've posted a picture, and the recipe (I created) for the smoothie I make with Caocao Bliss. I only rated 4 stars because it does seem a bit pricey, but if I end up losing weight from the lack of cravings, I'll come back and rate it 5 stars happily.
