I had very low expectations of this product but dang, it actually worked very well! Only good for a couple of pints.

I had to quit drinking but love the taste of bourbon in cooking. Only a portion of the alcohol boils off during cooking. The smell is just right, and I put a dribble in some water the taste was just right. Next come cooking.
