This product is the best I have found. It dissolves as they say and can be mixed with almost anything. I would, however watch the videos about how to mix it in your food because if the temperature is too hot it will not dissolve properly and will turn into a scrambled egg consistency. This has happened to me when my coffee was too hot. I almost always use it in my morning coffee. I also carry some with me to use if I am out.
