I can't get over the increased comfort that this chair gives me in my 16' ladder stand. I can sit still longer an stay warmer with this seat. I wasn't sure that it would work in my stand when I first purchased but after checking into it I couldn't see why it wouldn't work. So much better than the ole flat metal butt numming seat even with cushions. I'll take this seat over the metal one every time. Maybe you should check into this for your ladder stand, I'm not saying it will work on every stand but it works well on my 16' game Winner stand. Very Happy ....
